A guide to the conversation

Definitions combine concise editorial summaries of BTC discussions with standard game terminology and links to public rules and reference material. Links labeled “Member discussion” require the appropriate forum membership. Older threads may use different rules or terminology. The original forum review drew on all 4,740 topic records returned by the forum API (first and last posts), plus selected public reply threads and a deeper scan of 3,120 posts returned from 44 selected private threads. Three historical glossary discussions and the BTC Approach Library informed this edition. It is a broad reference, not a claim that every reply or abbreviation has been reviewed. Ambiguous names are explained in context rather than given invented expansions. This glossary is public; linked member discussions retain the forum’s access requirements. Entries summarize vocabulary; complete member-only strategies and personal information are not reproduced.

The October expansion adds dedicated baccarat roads, game basics, card-counting and shuffle terminology, with related-term links. The Statistics & Six Sigma category adds measures of center, process variation and quality-improvement vocabulary with study examples. Road colors describe recorded structure, not a forecast of the next winner. Finite-shoe composition and observed outcome patterns are different concepts; staking methods do not change the underlying odds.
